About Us

Tuleg Investments Pty Ltd was founded by Dr Chris Ringas. A seasoned
businessman, he has started and run many local and international organisations.
For many years he served as Vice-President of CSIR North America Inc and
PPT USA LLC.

Chris holds a B.Sc degree, majoring in Geology and Chemistry, M.Sc (Eng) and
Ph.D from the University of the Witwatersrand. He completed an Executive
Development Program at the Wits Business School and has a diploma in Company
Direction issued by the Institute of Directors and GIMT.
‍
Chris is an internationally recognized specialist integrity engineer and has vast
experience in the mining, oil, gas, and water industries. He has run engineering
projects in the USA, Europe, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Pakistan, China, Thailand and in
many countries in Africa and the Middle East. He has provided consulting advice to
the USA Government and USAID.

During his career, Chris has developed an extensive range of international contacts,
due to his multidisciplinary expertise. Using these contacts, he has started Tuleg
Investments to provide a professional service for the sourcing, procurement and
delivery of hard commodities.
